Refund Policy (v1.0) 1) Program-Specific Policy Refund rules may differ by training program and product. Your refund eligibility and conditions follow the policy shown on the specific training program’s purchase page (e.g., Strong Training, Best Training) and any program-specific terms you accepted at checkout. If there is a conflict, the program-specific policy takes precedence. 2) How to Request a Refund Refund requests must be submitted through the Contact / Inquiry feature of the Service. Please include your account email, order number, and a brief reason for the request. 3) Digital Content Some purchases provide immediate access to digital content. Where allowed by law and by the specific program policy, refunds for digital content may be limited once access has been granted or content has been consumed. 4) Physical Items / Shipping (if applicable) If a purchase includes physical items (e.g., equipment shipped for a program), additional conditions may apply such as return requirements, item condition checks, and shipping/return costs. These conditions will be specified in the program-specific policy. 5) Processing If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
